White onions

Fresh herbs of your choice

Corn Husk
First sock your corn husk. Take your trout and put sliced lemons and onions in their bellies with a sprinkle
of dill. Take a corn hush and lay your trout on it. Put your herb on it with a little salt and pepper and a little bit of
olive oil.
Wrap your trout in the corn hush and tie. You can use anything even a fishing line. Put over hot water
in a steamer or on a rack over hot water. Cover and steam for about 30 mins.
